Case Managers: Our case managers are based in Sentinel field offices. These employees handle probationers and parolees' daily compliance verification in city, county and state programs. Case managers are thoroughly trained to operate electronic monitoring and GPS tracking units that are issued to the program participants.

Probation Officers: This is a variation of the case manager position. Based on agency requirements, our employees are certified probation officers who supervise large probationer populations that require program confirmation and compliance through check-ins and office visits.

National Monitoring Center Technicians: With more than 8,000 program participants monitored daily, our monitoring center technicians are based at our National Monitoring Center in Irvine, California (Orange County). This 24/7 operation offers various shift opportunities.

Equipment Technicians: Based on program recruitments, equipment technicians perform all monitoring equipment related duties, including installations and basic maintenance.
